Mission Statement

Boy Scouts of America Mission Statement and Purpose:

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Troop Mission Statement:

To provide a safe, supportive and participatory environment that enables scout’s learning of new skills, personal growth, character development, and leadership development, all within a rigorous outdoor program.  Our program is run within the guldelines outlined in the “BSA Mission Statement and Purpose”.  To provide such a program requires the full commitment and participation of all the adult and the scout membership.
