About Troop 157

Parent Involvement

Troop 157 does not run without the gratious and commited support and participation of our scout’s parent’s.  Although we have no strict rules about parent support, it is of vital importance to have a large number of active mothers and fathers.  All Troop Officers and Committee Members volunteer their time to help our Troop live up to its mission, while having fun and enjoying the rewards of our scout’s personal growth.  There are many ways to contribute your talents toward our scouts.  Just a few examples are: planing treks, guiding trips, teaching outdoor skills, offering merit badge sessions involving a topic you are knowledgeable in, coordinating a community service project, or helping promote our troop activities and achievements.  Your help, in any capacity, will be greatly appreciated.

To see how you can help our scouts, just call or e-mail Len Brown, Scoutmaster (781-718-3882, ), or Rick Golden, Committee Chair (781-431-8188, ).
