Menu Planning:
Describe
menu for each meal, and identify which scout is responsible for food
purchase. Unless otherwise instructed,
buy enough for all participants from your patrol plus two adults. Buy a roll of paper towels. Check whether some of the food might be
available at the Scout House from a prior trip. Parents of scout that purchased the food should send the receipt
for the food purchase to the Troop Treasurer, Ginny Wright, 15 Linden Circle,
Weston, Mass. to be reimbursed. If a
meal is the same as another (e.g., lunch Sunday is same as lunch Saturday),
just indicate that.
