We will drive to the Great Meadows National Wildlife Refuge in Concord, Massachusetts. This is an outstanding place to view migratory waterfowl and identify native plants. We will hike for about 2 miles on an easy, flat trail around the impoundments and along the Concord River. There is always an abundance of wildlife and the hike rewarding. Most of the trail is in open sun, so bring water and a hat. We will return to Weston around 5 PM. Parents, as always, are welcome and encouraged to join us on the hike. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Permission/Waiver Form ________________________________________ has my permission to go on the above described trip with members of Boy Scout Troop 157 of Weston, Massachusetts, and participate in all activities.
